Chatham Plaza was co-owned with local entrepreneurs, teachers, and homeowners, and sold in June 2025 for $3.2 million, delivering a return on investment and proving the community-ownership model works. During TREND's ownership, new tenants including a UPS Store and H&R Block were added alongside established businesses like Athletico Physical Therapy. TREND remains on as property manager.
